Whether you're brand new to "dance class" or have danced for decades, Dance Love Studios is here to nurture your love of dance. You'll find fun, supportive, inspiring classes - where your age, your size, and your skill level don't matter. If you're an adult and you want to dance, we're ready to make you feel welcome and celebrated.

With an underlying belief that dance is about much more than just making shapes, you'll find that classes at Dance Love Studios incorporate creativity, connection, expression, and fun. Tied in with that is technique, optional modifications, anatomical awareness, and a sense of self-empowerment that allows you to feel safe and supported in your body and your movement during class.

Although we'd love nothing more than for you to prioritise your dancing time each week (the positives it brings to multiple areas of your life are huge!), we also understand that life happens. We teach a different routine in class each week, so that if you have to miss a week (for whatever reason), you don't need to worry about falling behind.
