Class Terms & Conditions
By participating in class, all participants accept:
* There is an inherent risk of injury when participating in physical activity. You engage in classes/session activities at your own risk and acknowledge that Dance Love Studios and its teachers hold no responsibility or liability for any accident, injury or damage that may occur. This includes incidents that occur while you are at or near class venues or any other venue where linked to activities with Dance Love Studios such as performances.
* You certify that you are in good health and sufficient physical condition to participate in the class/session. It is strongly recommended that you consult a medical practitioner prior to undertaking any physical exercise programme. You should avoid taking class if you are unwell and
avoid aggravating movements if injured/restricted. If you have any injuries, illnesses, physical limitations, or are on any medications that may impact you during the class, it is recommended that you let your teacher know prior to class.
* Appropriate clothing and footwear will be worn for all classes.
* You will be responsible for ay damage to premises or property caused by you.
* Any photographs or video recordings taken by, or for, Dance Love Studios or its teachers may be used publicly, including for publicity, advertising and social media, as agreed during your registration for this class. Photos and videos intended for this purpose will be flagged as such prior to being taken/recorded, and dancers will have the choice to participate. Class videos of the routine (taken at the end of each class) will be sent to those in the class that day. If Dance Love Studios wishes to share class videos publicly, permission will be obtained from all dancers visible in the video (this may be done prior or post filming, including relying on the response a dancer has provided in the class registration form).
* Classes must be paid for before attending. No refunds will be given for missed classes. Please see the Refund Policy below for further details.
* You consent to being added to Dance Love Studios' mailing list. You can opt out at any time by advising Danielle Linegar in writing (danielle.linegar@gmail.com) or using the “Unsubscribe” feature within the emails received.
Refund Policy
Please choose carefully, as refunds are not available for classes that you pay for but do not attend. In these instances, a class credit may be issued at the discretion of Dance Love Studios provided notice of absence is given prior to the class.
If a class is cancelled by Dance Love Studios after paid bookings have been taken, a choice will be given between a refund and a class credit of the amount paid (to be used towards a future class).
